Sometimes it helps to bounce ideas off a friend or co-worker.

In relationships, keeping the spark alive can be something as simple as surprising your significant other with a massage. Light some candles, put down some rose petals, turn the lights down and turn on the music then relax or invigorate with a silky massage oil.
